RIZWANI Patel, the Patriotic Front (PF) official in Petauke and two others have remained incarcerated for nearly two months now despite President Hakainde Hichilema repeatedly directing the law enforcement agencies against keeping suspects in custody for more than 24 hours without either taking them to court or releasing them on bail for bailable offences.
Rizwani and his co-accused were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery for allegedly attacking two disciples of expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa, Chama Amerika and Mr Ground in Petauke almost two months ago. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
