A 15-YEAR-OLD boy who was arrested and held for 39 days at Lusaka’s Matero Police Station has sued the State through his guardian, demanding K1.5 million, as compensation for false imprisonment.
According to a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court, the minor was arrested on January 26, 2024, and detained in the adult cells at Matero Police Station. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
