THE Eurobond was well utilised by ensuring that the railway system was revamped under the watch of Professor Clive Chirwa unlike it is being alleged that the money was mismanaged, Highvie Hamududu, Party of National Unity and Progress (PNUP) president
Mr Hamududu said Prof Chirwa did a tremendous job at Zambia Railways using the Eurobond.
He said during Prof Chirwa’s tenure at Zambia Railways, they managed to manufacture wagons.
