THE charge of aggravated robbery against citizens who confronted Victor Kapungwe and his cohort Nkonge Musubilwa, commonly known as Mr Ground and Chama Amelika is unfounded but meant to punish Patriotic Front (PF) members by keeping them in prison for the longest time, George Chisanga has said.
