The land scandals in Lusaka have reached a stinking stage and government must move in and restore sanity. A day hardly passes without hearing of a foreigner grabbing a piece of land for development with the blessing our obviously corrupt council officials. I think enough is enough. |Time to clean Lusaka is now.
