HAKAINDE HICHILEMA PRACTISING TRIBAL POLITICS, SAYS RAPHAEL NAKACHINDA

UPND president Hakainde Hichilema has contributed to tribal politics the country is experiencing today, Operation Save MMD leader Raphael Nakachinda has said. Mr Nakachinda said that Mr Hichilema has contributed to toxic tribal politics since ascendancy to the helm of the party.

He said Mr Hichilema’s desire to rule the country was driven by a personal agenda. “I don’t agree with Mr Hichilema’s kind of politics because he has contributed a lot in terms of toxicity of politics in terms ethnicity,” Mr Nakachinda said.

He said he does not agree with Mr Hichilema’s style of politics of ethnicity consideration which have been on the rise since he ascended to the UPND presidency. “I don’t not agree with the politics of Mr Hichilema ethnicity which has contributed to toxicity of politics unlike it was before,” Mr Nakachinda said.

He said his desire to form Government was centred on selfish interests. “Having a privilege to discuss with foreign entities, imperialist outfit have an interest in our mining houses in the country and a number of things,” he said.

 Mr Nakachinda said he had facts that Mr Hichilema was an element of state capture and an outfit of imperialist. He said he could not support him even if they came from the same village for the mere fact that he was a sell-out and added that the PF would win the 2021 general elections in the first round.
