ZAMBIA Air Force (ZAF) Warrant Officer Class 1, Albert Siyunda has told the Lusaka Magistrate Court that he earned about K23 million from the time he joined ZAF up to 2021 and his properties are not proceeds of crime as alleged by the state.
Mr. Siyunda told the court that all his properties were acquired through the monies he earned since his joined the Air Force in 1989, and he has other businesses with his wife and through bank loans.
In this matter, Siyunda and his wife, Nandina Lyatamani are alleged to be in possession of property worth more than K7, 000, 000.
