THE UPND government must find a better way of making itself relevant to Zambians than resorting to cheap political propaganda against former republican President Edgar Lungu who has become more popular for having cared for the poorest, Munalula Moola has said.
Mr Moola, the Patriotic Front (PF) Copperbelt spokesperson, said no amount of propaganda against the PFand Dr Lungu shall make Zambians to change the bad perception they have about the UPND because they are experiencing the worst forms of poverty and hunger levels under President Hakainde Hichilema.
