PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should ensure that his commands and orders are put to effect and executed by ensuring the release of Rizawni Patel and three others in Petauke, who are political prisoners, Raphael Nakacinda has said.
Mr Nakacinda, the Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general has also asked President Hichilema bring to an end to the expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa circus so that his address to Parliament on progress made on national values and principles is given the effect expected of it.
