FORMER Copper Queens captain and 2015 All African Games 400m Gold Medalist Kabange Mupopo has been named in the women’s national team provisional squad to play Ghana in the 2024 Paris Olympic qualifiers.
In September 2018 the International Association of Athletics (IAAF) had banned the Zambian runner for four years for failing a doping test.
The news came as a huge blow for the former Copper Queens striker who had given up on football to focus on her athletics career. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
