Local firm builds capacity in employees

The CNBM Zambia Industrial Park has pledged to build a comprehensive employee training system to fully support their growth and development.

According to CNBM public relations unit, the firm has strengthened the training of employees to jointly build a talent team with strong professional competence and high comprehensive quality.
To enhance employees’ awareness of labour protection and professional competence, the company strives to build a comprehensive employee training system to fully support their growth and development.
It indicated during a workshop for employees that regular training sessions are held for new recruits, employees back to their positions after long vacations, and employees transferred to new posts.
The training content covers post responsibilities, legal and environmental protection awareness, as well as professional skills.
To create a corporate atmosphere that diverse cultures are treated equally and blended harmoniously, CNBM Zambia Industrial Park advances cultural exchanges, organises distinctive festival and cultural events, and carries out team building activities, striving to enhance employees’ sense of belonging and happiness.
