KAIZER Zulu is still at large and has continued absconding court proceedings.
Zulu disappeared in June, 2023 amidst his trial where he is accused of failing to appear before an immigration office and surrender a diplomatic passport.
And when the matter came up for a return of his bench warrant before Magistrate Silvia Munyinya, an arresting officer asked the court for more time to look for Zulu.
One of the accused’s surety, Lumezi independent Member of Parliament Munir Zulu also informed the court that progress has been made to locate the accused and the court should give them more time.
Zulu pleaded not guilty to two counts of failing to appear before the nearest immigration officer and failing to surrender a diplomatic passport. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
