ZAMTEL has launched a digital campaign meant to appreciate and sustain customer loyalty to move the business forward.

The campaign allows Zamtel prepaid customers to win a 2021 Range Rover E-vogue

Dubbed as “Win a Range Rover” campaign, customers will also stand a chance to win additional daily and weekly prizes during the month-long campaign.

The campaign has been made possible with partnership from Alliance Motors Zambia and Zisron Advanced Solutions Limited.

This is purely a digital campaign as all entries and draws will be conducted electronically in strict adherence to Covid-19 guidelines, Zamtel Chief Executive Officer, Sydney Mupeta  said during the launch in Lusaka yesterday.

Mr Mupeta indicated that Zamtel had always been about creating a rewarding customer experience as this lay at the heart of its relationship with customers.

He said customer loyalty was crucial to Zamtel’s business operations and that the company was honoured to be able to reward customers with life-changing prizes.

Alliance Motors Zambia Limited General Manager, Namwinga Namusamba-Kaunda, said she was happy that her organisation had partnered with Zamtel and Zisron.

“We are proud of this partnership with Zamtel and Zisron and we are looking forward to giving away this vehicle with a five-year warranty to a lucky customer and hopefully transform that person’s life forever,” she said.
