THE Patriotic Front (PF) should not be overconfident and stop campaigning just because it has higher changes of wining the August 12 general elections, The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) has said.
YALI president Andrew Ntewewe said the party should deal with political issues of mealie meal and kapenta affecting the ordinary voters.
And Zambian DNA spokeperson, Spuki Mulemwa has urged the PF to reconcile with independent parliamentary candidates and work with grassroots so as not to divide votes.
He was commenting on the high number of independent candidates in the Eastern Province who have pledged to campaign for President Edgar Lungu.
