THE demonstration to promote Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBTQ) by a queer organisation called Sista Sista Foundation had blessings of the UPND government, Citizens First president Harry Kalaba has said.
And Mr Kalaba has revealed that Africa Liberal Network (ALN) have been in Zambia and had met and paid courtesy calls on some high-ranking government officials to promote the LGBTQ.
