ACC to appeal Lubinda’s acquittal

THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to appeal the acquittal of Patriotic Front (PF) vice president, Given Lubinda, who was on Thursday freed from all the four charges of being in possession of properties believed to be proceeds of crime.

Timothy Moono, the ACC Head of Corporate Communications has announced that     the Commission is not satisfied with the acquittal of Mr Lubinda and that the judgement was being studied.
