THE possibility of the IMF deal not taking off spells doom for President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND government, a top Patriotic Front official has said.
Mr. Raphael Nakacinda, the PF chairman for Information said it is unfortunate that the country is being led by a Government that did not have a home-grown solution to run the economy.
He said the President promised that UPND would fix the economy without Zambians knowing that his idea of fixing the economy was dependent on an IMF bailout.
Mr Nakacinda said it is unfortunate that the new dawn administration had no plans of revamping the economy apart from depending on the IMF package.
He said the Patriotic Front is watching what the UPND was doing.
