These MPs are letting us down

Dear Editor,

What these former MPs are doing is bad for us who have not worked as MPs. The 3 former MPs were in government. They were given positions but lost favorr with the PF. Why talk nonsense this time Kambwili, Mwenya and Kalaba don’t cheat yourselves and others that you can be President. Money won’t make you become leaders. Recontest your seats and see how you will fail.

Support marketeers please

Dear Editor,

Marketeering is no longer for the so called illiterates. It’s a form of employment and an industry. The government should start supporting this industry by building market malls along side the supported mostly foreign occupied malls. The market malls must have car parks and good toilets. Like the space left next to Kabwe mall should be reinforced with a huge market complex so that people can have a choice. Even councils will make a big reap to add to the revenue. Where is the problem? Let’s be contemporary with time.

Improve on roads

 Dear Editor,

I am deeply concerned with this intersection on these roads from Kafubu river to Teaching Hospital and Kafubu mall to Ndola square mall. The place urgently needs traffic lights as it is very dangerous to cross for either motorists or pedestrians. In fact the situation has contributed to low levels of customers to this new mall.

Kambwili, put up or shut up

Dear Editor,

Chishimba Kambwili be proud of the abilities you possess (talking too much) but please avoid being arrogant but put it to good use. Madam Jean Kapata challenged you and the ACC to investigate her. To date what have you done? While our friends are talking about clean and renewable energy we are busy calling people names. Will this country ever develop?

just fire them

Dear Editor,

The Wednesday article “I will fire you, Lungu warns Ministers,” I personally feel that this is the time to fire and not to warn, how many times will the President warn underperforming ministers? Time is not with us, we want to see development,

Yes, give us detailed weather forecast

Dear Editor,

It’s correct we need detailed weather forecast not summarized versions. The problem with Zambia is in everything, we choose to be like infants in other countries. When are going to be professionals in weather forecasting. The weather report is like children imitating weathermen in India, Pakistan or England. It is really below professionals.
