THE search for TMB Online TV Presenters came to a close last week on Sunday after a virtual ceremony was held that saw Abson Mulenga emerge as winner.
Mulenga was trailed on second place by Mack Chutu while Bruce Chipili scooped the third place.
The winners shared K35,000. 00 as prize money with the overall winner getting K20,000 and the runner up receiving a cool K10,000.00. The second runner was awarded with a K5000.
The TMB Presenters Battle began three months ago with over 50 participants battling for a chance to get involved with one of the biggest online TV Stations in Zambia.
Sponsored by Timange Ma Bondi Group of Companies, the battle is aimed at promoting talent and offering an opportunity to the youth to develop their careers.
All the action surrounding the competition was streamed live on TMB TV which can be accessed via Playstore on mobile phones and social media.
In an exclusive interview with the Nation Lifestyle, winner Mulenga, 24 said he has always had a passion for media.
He said the win will boost his dream of producing a show called VHL Med, that will help him market the medics in Zambia.
The runner-up Chutu, 29, said he is happy to be winner as he has always loved something to do with media. He says he will use the influence to venture into more arts like acting and music.
