Threats won’t silence me – ECL

“I WILL be glad to be arrested and will eagerly volunteer my incarceration if Jack Mwiimbu, the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security and his Inspector General of Police Graphael Musamba think I have committed an offence by advising against police brutality,” former President Edgar Lungu has said.
