THE purported split of Our Civic Duty Association (OCiDA) is an orchestration of the UPND which is now specialising in creating factions in organisations and political parties such as in the Patriotic Front (PF) in which expelled Matero Member of Parliament is a project to destroy the former ruling party, Henry Kabinga has said.
Mr Kabinga says the UPND had become synonymous with creation of factions in orgasations and political grouping, stating that in the PF, the UPND government had recognised Mr Sampa as purported president while in Parliament, it had endorsed Robert Chabinga, the suspended Mafinga MP as the Leader of the Opposition on Parliament.
