SUPPORT PF IN THURSDAY’S GENERAL ELECTION, CHIEF KANONGESHA IMPLORES ZAMBIANS…it is the only political party that has fostered development in the country!

Senior Chief Kanongesha of Mwinilunga district in North Western Province has implored Zambians to support the Patriotic Front – PF and President Edgar Chagwa Lungu in this week’s general elections.

The traditional leader says the PF is the only political party that has fostered development in the country and should be supported during the elections.

He says the Lunda people of Mwinilunga district have resolved to support the PF and all their candidates adding that opposition Political Parties have nothing to offer the people of Mwinilunga and the country at large.

Senior Chief Kanongesha says the Patriotic Front – PF has improved the living standards of the people of Mwinilunga and the Province.
The traditional leader says the PF government has shown that it respects traditional leaders by improving their welfare by increasing their subsidies.

He says there is no need to traditional leaders to support the opposition because government has improved their living standards of their subjects through early delivery of farming inputs under the Farmer Input Support Program – FISP.

Speaking when North Western Province Patriotic Front – PF chairperson Jackson Kungo paid a courtesy call on him at his palace, the Traditional leader has urged Zambians not to change governments as it is retrogressive to development.

And Mr. Kungo has thanked traditional leaders across the province for the support they have offered to the Party during its campaign period.

Mr. Kungo says traditional leaders in the Province have continued to support PF and President Edgar Lungu because of the development that has been fostered in the Province.

And Mr. Kungo has further urged members of the public to avoid violence on polling day adding that it has the potential of causing Voter Apathy.

He says the PF has resolve that it will not engage in any activities of violence before, during and after the elections adding that the Party remains peaceful.
